I believe the world's most pressing challenges — cyber threats, economic inequality, and civic disengagement — share a single root cause: an outdated mindset.

Over 30 years leading technology and security strategy for Fortune 100 enterprises across three continents, I have operated from server rooms to boardrooms — at Oracle, Deloitte, Qualcomm, and TCS. What I have learned: the gap between a good technologist and a great leader is never technical. It is always about mindset.

That conviction drives everything I do.

As Advisor and mentor for Synradar, I am pioneering AI-first cyber governance — helping enterprises shift from reactive, manual compliance to automated, predictive resilience.

Through the Cyber Leadership Academy, I use my CISO Mindset framework and the Advisory Quotient (AQ) methodology to transform technical professionals into boardroom-ready strategic leaders.

Through BuildMyCareer.org, I mentor the next generation — on a pro bono mission to reach 1 million young people with future-ready skills, AI literacy, and career confidence.
